Pilot Initiative for Resource Efficiency in "HIDROYONIX" Ltd.

The purpose of this project is to increase the resource efficiency of the applicant by applying new solutions, techniques and methods. The project is aimed at the implementation of technological solutions and methods, pilot for Bulgaria, which represent production innovation. By purchasing new technological equipment, a reduction in the raw materials used in the production will be achieved, as well as the reduction of the generated waste in existing furniture production. The candidate aims to introduce a new and innovative technological process that will make the most of the raw materials available and from there they will be reduced by their incorporation into the volume of production and will additionally use elements that have so far been rejected, to produce various details as well as waste materials (chips, slags) will be processed into primary raw materials. This in turn will reduce the volume of waste generated to almost zero. Achieved results and innovations will be disseminated among members of the Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Mechanical Engineering in order to pass the entire industry from the branch to nature-friendly technologies. By resuming the investment intentions foreseen in the project, the competitiveness of ""Hidroyonix" Ltd. will be improved by improving the resource efficiency and capacity, which in turn will lead to more sustainable growth and decrease of the consumption of resources and reduction of the waste both at the level of a separate production plant and as a whole for the economy.
