Increasing the resource efficiency of ELIT LTD by introducing innovative technological solutions in the production

The project will increase the company's resource efficiency, expand production capacity, improve the efficiency of production processes by applying new technological solutions in the production, reducing the use of raw materials and reducing the waste generation. It is planned to be implemented 5 activities: 1)Acquisition of eight assets to improve nesting, shaping, and bending work on finished products and three CAD modeling software, definitive element simulation and cutting out, leading to reduced raw materials and more efficient management of waste in existing production; 2) Elaborating a resource efficiency audit; 3) Organizing and holding a press conference and a round table and publishing 3 messages in traditional and digital media to multiply the results of the project; 4)visualization of the project ; 5) Performance of emission indicators from an accredited laboratory; Will be held 2 procedures with public call for selecting suppliers of these assets under Article 50 (1) of Low for management the EU structural and investment funds and Decree 160 / 01.07.2016. Results The project will achieve the following direct outcomes: 1) selected contractors and 11 contracts signed with suppliers; 2) acquired 8 assets for cutting and bending of metal products and 3 specialized software applications for design, product modeling, simulation based on end elements and cutting out; 3) Decreased inputs by 7.24%. 4) Reduction of all generated waste by 53.2%; 5) Increasing production capacity by 60%; 6) 10% reduction in emissions into the ambient air; 7) Realized an investment project in support of business, entrepreneurship; accomplished investment for 1 326 589.44 BGN; 8) disseminating project results for multiplier effect (capitalization effect). 9) Reported 1 project with technical and financial reports.
