Improvement of the resource efficiency of Mehanichen Zavod PLC

The company produces non-standard equipment, including the production of details of colored and black metal in size and shape according to the customer's request. The machines used in the production process are lathes with six spindle turnaround machines. Raw materials for the production of finished products are metal preforms, which are a solid cylindrical metal rod (made of black or non-ferrous metal) with a length of 1 m and a diameter up to Ø 80 mm. Specifically, in 2016. are used as raw materials calibrated steel, steel and brass. At the moment, the company is experiencing the need to optimize production chains and reduce raw material costs and the volume of recyclable manufacturing waste. This project is aimed at improving the resource efficiency of Mechanical Plant PLC and reducing the use of raw materials for the production of production and reduction of waste generated by production by expanding the company's business. Improvements in resource efficiency are linked to the purchase of modern high-performance equipment by the enterprise, which will allow for a significant reduction in raw material costs and will significantly increase the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole. Improving resource efficiency will be achieved through the following equipment: - CNC VERTICAL MACHINE CENTER - CNC Lathe type 1; - CNC Lathe type 2; - CNC lathe type Swiss The new equipment makes it possible to work with rods of 3 m in length, which will lead to a reduction of the technological residue of 3 pcs. at 1 m rotation of 1 pc. at 3 m rotation. This will result in a 66% reduction in the technology waste.
