Increasing Resource Efficiency in INTEXT LTD.

The current project proposal is designed in order to satisfy the need of inecrasing the resource efficency in INETXT Ltd. - a middle sized enterprise based in Glavinitsa, Municipality of Pazardzik, that is specialized in the production of wooden products (door leaf, door frame, door sills) used for manufacturing of doors. The overall project objective is to improve the resource efficiency of "INTEX" Ltd by applying in the production activities of the company an innovative, pilot for Bulgaria technology solution for the production of door sash. The main project activities are as follows: 1. Introduction of technological and ICT solutions and methods for optimizing production processes and reduce inputs and reduction of waste in existing production. 2. Preparation of audit for resource efficiency project for the purposes of the procedure under Annex E. 3. Organizing and conducting events for multiplication of the project results. 4. Publications in traditional and digital media for multiplication of project results. 5. Visualization of the project. With the realization of this project proposal, the applicant will achieve these expected results: 1. Implemented automated pressing technology, first implemented in Bulgaria – 1psc. 2. Realized resource efficiency measures to reduce the quantities of raw materials and waste, including dangerous chemicals. 3. Two events conducted for multiplication of the project results. 4. Publications in traditional and digital media - 3 for multiplication of the project results. 5. Reduce the cost of production in the company and increase its competitiveness.
