The project proposal is related to the implementation of innovative pilot for Bulgaria technology solutions to improve resource efficiency in the processing of metal products. 1. Implementation of a pilot technology for bending with i-measurement, automatic angle measurement and laser sensor correction, which is a worldwide novelty and has been used for one year about immurement in the bending machines. 2. Implementation of a pilot powder painting technology using a Hand Dyeing Device complete with a Control Device, a patented Digital Valve Control (DVC) technology for precise control of exhaust dust nozzles of new generation and patented remote control gun. Provided technological solutions aimed at implantation of innovative technology applied for the first time in Bulgaria.
