"PROINVEST STROY" Ltd. is a Bulgarian company founded in 2004 in Plovdiv. The company is a leading manufacturer of children's and sports facilities for different age groups, design and construction of sports grounds, parks and gardens, a wide range of sports flooring, as well as park and garden equipment. Raw materials for the production of the end products are metal billets, tubes, profiles, sheet metal, brass. The activity of the company is carried out on a site located in the city of Plovdiv. At the moment, the company is facing the need to optimize production chains and reduce raw material costs and the volume of recyclable manufacturing waste. This project aims at improving the resource efficiency of Proinvest and reducing the use of raw materials for production and reduction of waste generated by production and expanding the company's activities. Resource efficiency improvement activities are related to the purchase by the enterprise of modern high-efficiency equipment, which will allow a significant reduction in the cost of raw materials and will significantly increase the effectiveness of the enterprise as a whole. Improving resource efficiency will be achieved through the following equipment: - Laser cutting unit The new equipment will significantly improve resource efficiency from 64% to 76%, as well as 35.8% savings in raw materials.
