Support for more efficient production in BULKEM Ltd.

The main activity of BULKEM Ltd. is design, maintenance, repair, production, sale, conversion of lifting cranes and lifting devices. Established in 1990, the company has established itself as a market leader, a reliable and reliable supplier offering all its partners and industry professionals integrated, integrated solutions in the field of repair and maintenance of various lifting equipment. Since its inception, the company has been striving to continuously improve its manufacturing processes by imposing a sustainable behavioral model aimed at protecting the environment and resource efficiency. The current project proposal, which envisages the introduction in the production of an innovative technological solution for Bulgaria representing a complete system for optimization of the cutting process, will help to achieve a more efficient use of the resources, namely reduction of the quantity of used raw materials and -Effective waste management. For this purpose, within the project, the necessary investments are planned to be made to purchase the innovative FTA system, which includes machines for laser and plasma cutting of sheet metal with a pneumatic manipulator, which are necessary for the implementation of the envisaged for implementation. Asset start-up will ensure the enterprise's innovative manufacturing technology solution for resource efficiency by reducing the amount of raw materials used, more efficiently managing waste and reducing emissions into the atmosphere. In addition, within the project the implementation of the relevant activities related to the provision of information and publicity about the project and the multiplication of the results through the dissemination of information about the innovative technological solution to other enterprises in which it could be implemented.
