Donny Style EOOD introduces an innovative production process to increase its resource efficiency and responsible environmental protection

Doni Style Ltd - Dryanovo is a well-established manufacturer of women, men and children garment, underwear, swimsuits, sportswear and overwear. The company produces over 100,000 items of clothing annually in 5 different economic activities. With this project, the company starts digitization of its production, thus meeting the Industry 4.0 criteria. This is the first stage towards the full digitization of the enterprise, which covers the entire cutting area. To this end, Doni Style introduces an innovative production process of fully automatic cutting through the CAD / CAM system and additional specialized equipment. The system enables a complete connection between the seven modules, including: Automatic Conveyor Cutter, Automatic Stretching Machine, Stretching Table, Double Head Plotter, Cutting Plotter, Quality Control Machine, and Digitizersupplemented with two software products. Additional specialized equipment, which is sought to be purchased under the project,includes:Machine for applying adhesive tapes, Machine for joining two fabrics (with additional features), Pneumatic heat-press machine, Printer cuttermachine and Clothes packing machine. Purchasing of all these assets will result in eliminating manual work, increasing cost efficiency by 18%, reducing resource use by 35%, and reducing waste by 64%. In addition, this project will initiate transformation of the company’s production processestoward the requirements of the Industry 4.0. The project refers tobusiness activity code 14.14. Thus, the audit does not include products from the reference to NSI coded 14.12, 14.13, 14.19 and 14.39. The production site,where the project will be implemented, is located in a settlement whose land partially falls intotheprotected area of “Natura 2000” network. The protected area is under the Habitats Directive. It touches the protected area under the Birds Directive, code BG0000214-Dryanovo Monastery.
