The project is designed to provide additional administrative capacity for the State Agency for Refugees under the Council of Ministers and to assist with the provision of the minimum accommodation conditions for third-country nationals accommodated in the SAR centers, under the commitments taken by the Republic of Bulgaria to provide international protection. Also, the implementation of the project will provide increased security both for the persons accommodated in the SAR with CM centers and for the employees working there.
