The project implementation provides for a minimum of 10 working meetings to be organised and held within SHTAF Sofia with the diplomatic missions/consular authorities of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Algeria, Morocco, Turkey and other, as well as with the Consular Relations Directorate – MFA and officers of the Migration Directorate. Their aim will be to reinforce the cooperation and to support the identification processes of persons who have been accommodated in SHTAF Sofia. Exchanging information on a regular basis and fostering interaction with the representatives of the diplomatic missions and/or the consular authorities of third countries on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria will be a part of the implementation of this activity. Three two-day workshops will be organized with the participation of representatives of the regional Migration structures. At these workshops will be presented the outcomes of the meetings with the representatives of the diplomatic missions and/or the consular authorities of third countries on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
