Training of the Border Police staff on the EU legal instruments

Conducting specialized training in order to deepen and expand the acquired specialized and methodical knowledge and skills of the staff for conducting specialized training in the place of work; Enhancing the professional qualification of the employees in order to acquire a unified approach for practical application of the requirements for control of the EU's external borders, limiting the migratory pressure on the Republic of Bulgaria, counteracting illegal migration and illegal border crossing. Conduct foreign language training in order to acquire initial knowledge of the relevant language and to enhance the foreign language training of the stuff in order to actively participate in joint operations organized and coordinated by Frontex Agency, as well as to improve preparation in order to ensure the security of European borders. The knowledge and skills acquired by the staff will lead to a common approach to the practical implementation of the requirements for control of the EU's external borders.
