Improving mobility of GDCOC for effective investigation of organized crime

Motor vehicles are used in almost every action of the employees in their work on countermeasures, detection and documentation of criminal activities carried out by cross-border and organized crime groups. 95% of motor vehicles serving General Directorate "Combating Organized Crime" - MoI (GDCOC-MoI) are extremely amortized and through the implementation of the project will be replaced 51 vehicles. The target group of the project are employees of the General Directorate "Combating Organized Crime" - MoI. The general objective of the project is to contribute to ensuring a high level of security in the Union by enhancing institutional capacity for preventing and combating cross-border, serious and organized crime under Regulation (EC) № 513/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council and the specific objective is preventing crime and combating cross-border, serious and organized crime. The expected results are increased effectiveness and efficiency of GDCOC-MoI in combating cross-border organized and serious crime and increased mobility of employees of the General Directorate "Combating Organized Crime" to carry out an effective investigation and combating cross-border, serious and organized crime . The main activity of the project will be the delivery of new motor vehicles for the needs of GDCOC-MoI
