INDEPENDENT SYSTEM FOR MONITORING OF THE RESULTS OF THE ANTI-CORRUPTION MEASURES - NATIONAL LEVEL

The project envisages creation and maintenance of an independent system for monitoring the results of the implementation of anti-corruption measures on the national level. The project was developed by the CCCWIAP. The planned activities fully incorporate the specific activities in accordance with the Application guidelines, as follows: Activity 1:Organization and management Activity 2:Creation of a mechanism for monitoring and evaluation, also by independent external evaluators Activity 3:Pilot evaluation based on the developed methodology for approbation purposes Activity 4amp;5:Monitoring/evaluation of the administrative corruption level, the implementation of specific policies and the implementation of anti-corruption policies in key public organizations, incl. preparation of the respective six months and annual reports for 2018 and 2019 Activity 6:Monitoring/evaluation of the administrative corruption level, incl. preparation of a six months’ report for 2020 The project results will be: - created mechanism for monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of anti-corruption measures including: -open platform for information, communication and cooperation of the stakeholders enabling inclusion of non-government organizations in the monitoring and evaluation process; -complex methodology for monitoring and evaluation of the results . - implementation of the complex methodology for monitoring and evaluation – prepared 5 six months’ reports on the administrative corruption level, 2 annual reports on the implementation of specific anti-corruption policies and 2 annual reports on the implementation of specific anti-corruption policies in key public organizations. - ensured publicity of the results of the monitoring and evaluation.
