Join operational activities with participation of two or more law enforcement services, proved to be effective tools for counteraction of crimes that lead to dismantling of criminal groups. Within the framework of these joint operational activities, information that should be checked is exchanged in most of the cases via operational methods. Some of these methods are observation and surveillance of people, places and means of transportation. The quality of the information obtained via these investigative methods depends on the technical equipment that is available and the law enforcement capacity to communicate via secured channel for information exchange, especially in areas without mobile network. Used alone, this technical equipment would have been useless or with minimum effect, unless installed on vehicle. The service vehicles of the Ministry of interior even these used by the operational and investigation services are easily recognizable and additional installation of technical equipment on them would lead to no or minimum added value. The installation of the technical equipment on new vehicles, similar to those used by the private companies and regular citizens would contribute in a successful way for achievement of organizational goals.
