The project proposal envisions the revitalization of two objects for exhibiting of cultural heritage from the repositories of the Historical Museum of Isperih – the gallery and the hall for temporary archeological exhibitions. The objects for the intervention are located in public state buildings which are run by the Historical Museum of Isperih. It`s takes care of the security, maintenance and promotion of the immovable cultural heritage in the historical reserve Sboryanovo, where the Thracian tomb Sveshtari is located. It dates back to the 4-3 century B.C. The tomb is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous for its magnificent architecture, paintings and sculpture. Will be created: -temporary archeological exhibition, which will present for the first time undisplayed finds from the territory of the reserve;; - a permanent arts exhibition with artworks that are kept in the museum’s repositories. Training is provided for the project team and all museum specialists. The purpose of this training is to study good practices for attracting audiences in museums and galleries, entrepreneurship in the field of culture, marketing of products and services in the field of cultural heritage. The positive effects of the project proposal are: - Two revitalized objects for exhibiting of cultural heritage - Creating a qualitative improvement in the way of exhibiting the cultural heritage through the use of interactive and ground-breaking methods and technologies; - Organizing two new exhibitions – an art one and an archeological one; - Attracting a wide circle of visitors with the emphasis on children, youths, specialized audience whose interests are in the field of history and cultural heritage; - training the project team, the museum specialists and representatives of the target groups; - creating two new employments; - creating a local entrepreneurial capacity in the sphere of culture with contribution to the socio-economic development of the municipality.
