"Improving the energy efficiency of the system for external lighting of town Targoviste in the municipality Targoviste "

The project proposal complies with the principles of economy, efficiency and effectiveness, as the proposed project was developed under project readiness option: Option 1 "projects in a full extent of project readiness” : Energy Audit of the External Lighting System(s) carried out and a Detailed design elaborated and approved according to the regulatory requirements. The energy audit has been prepared in accordance with the ordinance under Art. 57, para. 6 of the Energy Efficiency Act (EEA) and in compliance with the requirements of the standardization document for street lighting SD CEN / TR 13201-1 and Bulgarian standards for street lighting: BDS EN 13201-2, BDS EN 13201-3 and BDS EN 13201-5 . For the purposes of this procedure, an estimate of the saved greenhouse gas emissions was calculated at an emission factor of 1.18 tCO2 / MWh after conducting an energy audit. The Energy Efficiency Audit and the working project contain a selection of lighting classes, defining technical requirements, to include the calculation of lighting and energy efficiency indicators in accordance with the standard document for street lighting SD CEN / TR 13201-1 and Bulgarian standards for street lighting : BDS EN 13201-2, BDS EN 13201-3 and BDS EN 13201-5. The Energy Efficiency Audit and the Work project contain data for the selected type of luminaire with data on light distribution, rated power and luminous flux. The technical parameters and investment costs set out in the work project are consistent with the technical parameters that calculate the energy saving and greenhouse gas emissions indicators and the investment costs in the Energy Efficiency Audit Report and produce good results.
