The project proposal "Rehabilitation and Modernization of the System for External Artificial Lighting of the town of Smolyan" envisages the introduction of energy efficiency measures in the external artificial lighting system of the city of Smolyan, including the supply and installation of new lighting sources, as well as the implementation of a new energy system. Author’s and construction supervision, publicity and communication activities, audits, project management and exchange of experience with the Norwegian partner in the field of energy efficiency are also included in the project proposal activities.
