The scope of the project includes activities for the implementation of energy efficiency measures at a site: "Replacement of luminaires and introduction of an intelligent system for management and monitoring of street lighting in Sredets, Sredets municipality", including: 1. Construction works and delivery of equipment for implementation of energy saving measures, according to the report on energy audit of street lighting: Energy Efficient Measures to Reduce Street Light Energy Costs: Replacing old and damped street lighting systems with new ones; Delivery and installation of LED lighting for street lighting; Implementation of a street lighting management and monitoring system; 2. Construction supervision 3. Copyright supervision 4. Activities for Exchange of Experience, Knowledge and Best Practices at Management and Expert Level - Conducting a Round Table in Sredets Municipality; Conducting a roundtable and study visit to Norway 5. Project management 6. Awareness and publicity activities 7. Financial audit of the project All planned activities and project budget comply with the requirements of the Application Conditions and the Program. Their implementation will respect the basic principles and values ​​within the EEA 2014-2021, as good governance, sustainable development, gender equality and non-discrimination, zero tolerance for corruption.
