Rehabilitation and Modernization of Municipal Infrastructure — Systems for External Artificial Lighting of Triavna and Plachkovtsi

This project proposal is aimed at the reconstruction and modernization of the municipal infrastructure - systems for outdoor artificial lighting in the town of Tryavna and the town of Plachkovtsi, through the implementation of energy-saving measures (EMS) recommended in the energy efficiency survey. The recommended ESM 1 for Tryavna is delivery and installation of 1393 pcs. new luminaires, of which 2 pcs. lighting, will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, controllers and rechargeable batteries and the introduction of a management and monitoring system. The recommended ESM 1 for the town of Plachkovtsi is delivery and installation of 562 pcs. new luminaires and the introduction of a management and monitoring system. The implementation of the project will be implemented in partnership between the Municipal Administration - Tryavna and the Norwegian partner company MPEnergy. The aim of the established partnership is to strengthen bilateral relations between donor countries and beneficiary countries by exchanging experience in the field of ESM implementation for energy-efficient outdoor artificial lighting and reducing economic and social disparities in the EEA. Measures are provided to ensure publicity and visualization of the support received, and a communication and publicity plan has been drawn up in line with Annex 3 of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism Regulation. The project has a high degree of readiness - it is applied under Option 1 (in the sense of the Guidelines for Application) - it has been prepared approved in the meaning of the Spatial Planning Act working project. For the implementation of the project activities, a qualified team of specialists has been formed, described in this application form.
