Renewable energy and energy efficiency in the municipality of Dobrich

The project "Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in the Municipality of Dobrich" envisages the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the building of the Sports School "GS Rakovski" and CPLR-student dormitory in Dobrich, which will improve the energy performance of the building and their transformation into a building with close to zero consumption. The project will be implemented in partnership with PIRIN HOLDING AS, based in Oslo, Norway, but with a technology and operations center located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The following activities will be implemented for the implementation of the project: 1. Project management 2. Awareness and publicity activities 3. Construction and installation work on the building for implementation of energy-saving measures, according to the Report for an energy audit of the buildings 4. Construction of facilities for the production of heat from renewable sources and heating installation in buildings 5. Introduction of systems for management and monitoring of heat supply 6. Exchange of experience, knowledge and good practices at management and expert level 7. Construction supervision 8. Author's supervision 9. Financial audit of the project All planned activities, budget, and project indicators comply with the Conditions for application and the Program requirements. Their implementation will respect the basic principles and values ​​within the EEA 2014-2021, incl. good governance, sustainable development, gender equality and non-discrimination, zero tolerance for corruption
