Next generations in Pomorie Municipality – more responsible in resources use and involved in circular economy transformation through educational, awareness and promotional-demonstration measures

The current project proposal has been developed entirely in the context and in accordance with the call BGENVIRONMENT-3.001“Small Grant Scheme circular economy” under EPCC of EEA FM. In this connection, the main objective of the project is development and implementation of different educational campaigns aiming at awareness rising regarding resource management, waste recycling and circular economy among diverse educational institutions on territory of Pomorie Municipality, incl. 12 schools and 7 kindergartens and among the general public. To achieve the main objective of the project 4 specific objectives are defined, which will be achieved through the implementation of the following 6 project activities: 1.Project Management 2.Ensuring of project’s publicity 3.Development of programmes and implementation of educational campaigns under the programmes on circular economy and waste recycling in diverse educational institutions on territory of Pomorie Municipality 4.Developing and conducting awareness raising campaigns regarding the circular economy and waste recycling in diverse educational institutions of Pomorie Municipality and among the general public 5.Conducting promotional-demonstration initiatives to support the recycling and reuse of waste in diverse educational institutions of Pomorie Municipality 6.Transfer of good practices for educational campaigns on the circular economy and recycling in different educational institutions of Pomorie Municipality In relation to the call indicators and their project target values, a direct result will be given on the: -„Number of education campaigns programmes“–16 nrs.; -„Number of the campaigns conducted in educational institutions“–17 nrs.; -„Number of schools providing awareness raising and education activities“–19 nrs. educational institutions of Pomorie Municipality, incl. 12 schools and 7 kindergartens; -„Number of projects involving cooperation with a donor project partner“–1 nr.
