prevention and counteraction to corruption

The project is aiming to increase the administrative capacity of MoI' officials for prevention and counteractions of corruption in the system by: - developing a program for specific training's and workshop, for officials of Internal Security Directorate, for officials of all other MoI' authorities, for newly appointed employees; - development of a modern hotline for signals for corrupt acts and offenses by police officers; - improvement of the integrity (professional standards and ethic) of police officers; - improvement of technical infrastructure, aiming to prevent and counter corruption actions, made of MoI' officials. In order to achieve the goals of the project are planing the following activities: development and implementation of new modern methods by prevention and counter the corruption; development of a system for information share, data access, control, data storage and operational analysis of corruption.The expected results are: 1. Increase the capacity of MoI' officials according the prevention and counter of corruption and offences. 1.1. Increase of capacity of officials of Internal Security Directorate for prevention of corruption: - Modernization of the hotline for signals for corruption and offences; - Training's of at least 150 officials of Internal Security Directorate on subjects related with counter corruption, professional ethic and standards. 1.2. Improvement of integrity of police officers. - Developed methodology for evaluation of integrity of police officers - at least 3; 1.3. Training's for an increase of capacity of officials of National Police General Directorate for prevention of corruption in the governmental institutions. - trained officials of National Police General Directorate for implementation for anti-corruption measures - at least 70 people
