The project proposal meets the needs of the most vulnerable people from the local communities in the municipality of Lom. Main target groups: 350 children from 0 to 6 years in isolated and poor urban areas in Lom, with a concentration of problems creating a risk of poverty, social exclusion and marginalization; 200 parents, guardians or carers. Secondary target group: Service delivery team - nine newly appointed persons: hub coordinator, three educational mediators, three pedagogues, social worker and psychologist and 10 persons working in an existing center under the project "Municipality of Lom - in care for the child "; 20 municipal employees. The overall goal of the project is to provide support to young children and families from vulnerable groups of Roma communities in Lom to improve access to health care, develop parenting skills, improve the family environment, increase school readiness of children, and limiting the transmission of intergenerational poverty. Expected results: - Creation of 3 functionally connected hubs in the municipality of Lom (two upgrade existing centers and the third is mobile), providing a complex of health, education and social services and supporting the active participation of the community; - 350 children from 0 to 6 years involved in educational, social and health services. Activities: - Development of concept and documentation of the complex of services and hubs; - Engaging experts; - Educational activities at an early age and piloting social and emotional training; - Improving access to social and health services and supporting social inclusion; - Activation of parents and formation of parenting skills; - Joint activities for community involvement; - Reconstruction and montage works, delivery of equipment and furniture; - Sharing good practices; - Strengthening bilateral relations with donor countries; - Information and publicity; - Project audit; - Project management.
